Step-by-step help

Send an email

For help with a match, the Team Calculator or a downloaded card, email the address shown here. Use a short subject that describes the issue, such as “Filter count question” or “Player credit correction”.

The link below opens your email app. Review your message, add any attachments there, and press Send in that app. Opening the link alone does not send a message.

Help us reproduce the problem

Include the details below so we can understand the same screen and selections you used:

The page address and whether you were using the live website or a preview.
Your device and browser, such as Android with Chrome or Windows with Edge.
The selected platform, gender, match type, series and match name.
The calculator filters in the order you selected them, including their values and any excluded players.
What you expected, what appeared instead, and the approximate date and time.
A screenshot of the result or exact error message, if helpful.

Please remove personal information from screenshots. Never send passwords, one-time codes or hosting/database credentials.

Report a data correction

For an incorrect player name, role, credit, selection percentage or batting-side assignment, include the match, player, platform and the value you believe should be shown. A source link or dated screenshot helps explain the correction.

Suggest an improvement

Describe what you are trying to do and how the current workflow gets in your way. Examples of the filter sequence or team card you need are especially useful.
